: Location is perfect for relaxing holiday, though it was little difficult to find. Privacy is great, staff is good and very polite, didn't come early mornings and cleaning everyday. Bed covers and towles are chaned every second day. Good care of swimming pool. Close to Lefkada town and host was great to explain where to go to. Nice outdoor area, good size swimming pool and BBQ. Very quite, except neighbours dogs who were barking all night long.

: Pool was good, pool man came every day to clean it. Air conditioning was good. Parking was good. Privacy was reasonable.
: No one there to meet us. Locked out of electronic gate. No instructions given on how to access property. Not enough plates etc for 6 people. Sun umbrella broke during first week, despite reporting it, it was never fixed leaving us with one umbrella for six people. They changed the sheets and towels after 3 days so we were pleased but then didn't do them again for 8 days, 3 days before we were going home. Kitchen/lounge on first floor which meant we had to carry everything downstairs to eat outside. No plastic cups etc for outside use round the pool. No handrails on internal marble staircases made them dangerous, especially when wet. The next villa had pool parties on 2 nights going on until 3 in the morning with loud music. despite booking conditions saying these were not allowed. No external lighting on staircase leading up to the main entrance. Wi-fi did not work at all inside the villa. Television had only 1 English speaking channel, BBC World News.

: Host met us on location and handed keys over with a introduction to the place along with recommendations of beach and restaurants. Pool was clean and the outside furnishings comfortable.
: Surface near outside shower was found to be slippery under foot leading to slipping over and the downstairs shower had no holder to hold the shower head in position.

: Host was terrible. We had to leave because the internet was barely working and we had to do some work from there. I also asked them one week in advance if the internet connection is good and they said ok. After leaving they havent responded to any emails nor to booking staff. I am currently waiting for the refund from booking.The washing machine smells pretty bad, dont know how you could wash things there, everything is very old.Theres also a bad smell in the bedroom..
