  : The staff was great. Breakfasts were good but we would have liked to have had jam for our toast each morning. Location was nice for the places we wanted to see while in Leeds. Peggy and I enjoyed the karaoke on Friday night.
  : We would have liked to have had heat in our rooms. One of our party had no bathroom in her room and that was a disappointment. We were also unaware of the noise that would be present at the pub and Friday & Saturday evenings were both quite noisy. It would have been nice to have an option of having a sheet & blanket rather than the duvet.

  : Quick and easy to get in.
  : On arrival there were 2 tvs going in the bar with different football matches on. The bar had about 8 middle aged men in . No women. Blaring out on a music system quite loudly was modern ' Boom Boom' music. This didn't make sense. I would have stayed in the bar longer but couldn't stand it. Breakfasts are normally 7am to 9.30 for tradesmen.Yours was 8 til 10 which put me back on my day. BUT by 7.55am the lounge was still locked. The nice chef arrive at 8am and let me in. He said " I have to put the appliances on it will take 15mins to heat up. !!!!! " So I got away about 8.45 +. The room was next to the main road, had single glazing I believe and was noisy.

  : The staff called Baddy phoned me around 7pm to say l should call booking.com and cancel my booking because he planned to close the pub at 10.30pm that day because its quiet. l said my arrival time should be few minutes after 11pm but I will try and be there around 11pm or just before 11pm but he insisted that l call booking.com to take my money back because l will meet no one at the property to check me in. I explained its too late to start looking for alternative hotel now snd booking.com may not refund my money straightaway. He said thats my own problem. I found this very rude and unprofessional. I had to leave work early to arrive 10.50pm because l dont want to sleep inside my car.

  : Staff were friendly and very helpful the room was clean and there were fresh towels on the bed Shower was good and breakfast was enough to get me home on
