  : The room was comfortable enough for a single night with tea/coffee making facilities provided. Food in the pub was reasonable and priced reasonably.

  : Remove mould from shower enclosure Remove flaked paint from damp wall that had fallen off and been left on the floor at the side of the bed, and also remove previous guests medication from the floor among the flaked damp paint, clearly this room had not been cleaned/vacuumed in a long time, it was filthy . The entrance to the room was full of leaves that had blown in. The smell of old grease from the kitchen that you had to pass to check in at the bar area was appalling. The noise from the living quarters above the room was apparent throughout the night. Short term the property is in desperate need of a deep clean, prior to re letting, and long term a total refurbishment is necessary.
