  : Cleaning isnt up to standard . Stayed in apartment previously and there was a lot of areas that had not been cleaned (behind bathroomDoor and towel rail) on most recent stay cobwebs across ceiling and thick dusk on top of knife block . Wet on wall beside bed and over plug socket .

  : Customer service was extremely helpful and the room was modern and clean. The apartment was very close to the centre, 2 minute walk from The Light! Thanks for a lovely stay!

  : The property is central in Leeds so there are restaurants, retail stores and grocery stores within walking distance.
  : The property was central but should take into account this will bring a lot of noise. I didnt get more than an hours sleep without waking up from people outside making loud noises or loud traffic, bin men at like 5-6am. I got a message about no check in after 7 through the reception so a self check in will be required. I got there and someone was on reception yet I had to take time out earlier in the day to sort self check in and pay a security deposit when there was someone on the desk after all that.

Disappointing

  : Room was clean and functional.
  : Lots of noise from outside on the street, entrance was hard to find and down a dark alleyway, not ideal with a young child. Had to pay a 200 mandatory charge on arrival in case the room gets trashed Never in 15 years of extensive travel have I had to do this. Terrible experience.
