: Beware the appartment is not located Via del Granchio in Casalabate as mentionned on Booking but Via del Granchio in Lendinuso, 3km away from Casalabate. --- We loved the peaceful garden, the terrasse, the quiet beach at walking distance, the small and safe city with friendly people. Alessio is the most devoted and friendly host you have ever met. So kind, helpful, always available for any questions.
: The following things are good to know before booking but I would still definitely recommend this place. There is no wifi as mentionned on the description. The place is ideal if you have a car. Else there is only a tiny shop at walking distance but no other options for grocery shopping, also not a lot of options to eat out (3 or 4 restaurants). This is a detail but it would be nice to provide soap in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Depending on who is staying on the first floor, you might hear footsteps from the ground floor so if you are sensitive to that, maybe check with Alessio first or ask for the first floor.

: The villa with the garden are located in a small village. Nice and very quiet place. Alessio, the owner is very nice and helpful man who gave us very good advice of places to go or to eat. Everything went easy and we have really enjoyed our holidays. There are several beaches nearby with the choice of beach umbrellas or just a wild sandy beach. Couple of local restaurants and shops are within a walking distance. Beautiful bigger towns Lecce and Brindisi (both within 30 min drive) offer much wider choice of shopping and dining.
