  : Check in process was very odd and took nearly an hour The POS wasnt working so they asked for cash and offered to take me to an ATM or I would need to leave my ID/passport with them for the night, both of which made me very uncomfortable. I messaged the owner asking when or how I would be able to pay by card or bank transfer to which I received no reply. I said would feel more comfortable staying somewhere else then the employee made some phone calls in Italian and magically the POS was working again and I was able to pay by card. The room was probably nice at one point, my room had a large jacuzzi tub but I was told if I used it it would be an addition 20-30 which was so bizarre. There were cockroaches all over on the floor so I had to put my luggage on the counter so it wasnt infested. The bathroom had not been cleaned (toothpaste and flossing bits all over the mirror), hairs inside the bedding under the duvet, it was so disgusting I wore the slippers in the shower. I couldnt wait to leave in the morning. Also you can hear all the trains coming and going from the train station. The WiFi network and password provided on the placard in the room didnt exist and I messaged the owner for access to the Wi-Fi to which I also received no reply.

  : Our room was lovely and the breakfast generous.
  : Communication was poor even though my partner spoke Italian. A problem with the toilet was not addressed even though a message was left. We were told we could park in front of their garage door but got a 30 euro fine, with the owner making excuses and not even apologizing. She had an attitude problem.

  : The desk woman was sooo nice, even though she did not understood everything in English but we made it work. The breakfast was excellent, everything was so good especially the personnel
