  : Was something different! Huge rooms so great for a long or short stay. Fun time using the gym
  : Wish there was more of a breakfast offered. The snacks were great but we didn't actually get "breakfast" it's more like breakfast snacks.

Disappointing

  : The rooms were clean.
  : We had previously stayed at the hotel and because of that great experience we decided to book it again. I don’t know what changed but after staying there this time, I would not book or recommend this hotel to anyone. We got placed into the wrong room upon arrival (we booked a king size room but got a queen size one). Once I asked the stuff whether it was possible to change the lady was really grumpy and told me I’d have to talk to the manager in the morning to see whether they can give us another room or a refund (sorry but I wasn’t the one who messed up the booking?!). I did this but unfortunately the only room that was available was a king size one in the basement with no windows which was not an option for me. We did get a partial refund but still had to stay in a queen size bedroom with three pets and a baby. Another issue that we had was the AC- there was just no remote in the room to turn it off at night. When I called the front desk they said they’d send someone up to see what’s going on. Well they never sent someone up, nor did they follow up on whatever our issue got resolved. At that point I was tired of asking to get things done so we just stayed in the cold room. I am majorly disappointed in this experience and even though we planned on staying there again when we come back, I just don’t see it happening anymore.

  : Conveniently located and check-in/out was a breeze.

  : There was no breakfast available. If there was it was not present on my first morning.
  : Cleanliness, nous, foot traffic from very suspicious people in and around the hotel. The staff seeming unconcerned with my issues. The staff providing wildly inaccurate information on my change of rooms. A matter that ultimately caused me to reschedule part of one day.

  : My room was clean and cool. I liked the gym.
  : The front desk is closed and that would be ok because there is a number you can call, but I got locked out of my room and had no phone. I went to the front desk and tried to call the number from their phone and had no luck. Circumstances like that need to be thought about. I lost a night at the hotel. No one did anything when I told them. It was quite a disappointing way to end my experience because up until that point everything else was fine.
