Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Nothing - Ive stayed at the hotel in the past and found it comfortable. Was looking forward to a couple of nights in a nice hotel before flying back to the States. Avoid the residence side of this place
  : The residence is not nearly the quality of the hotel. The rooms are in desperate need of updating, the carpets are worn and stained, the walls need paint. The kitchen needs a through cleaning. One electrical outlet in our room was broken. The room of my dad smelled terrible and had an ashtray. Imagine my surprise when I called the front desk to ask for a non smoking room to hear the man say they are all non smoking rooms. The front desk did nothing to remedy the situation.

  : Breakfast was expensive so we didnt eat in the hotel. The hotel is great for a few nights stay
  : Choice of pillows would have been good. The room was very warm and although we turned the heating off the chamber maid turned it on again

  : No swimming pool, 20 minutes walk to the nearest train station.

  : Rooms were clean and adequate. Convenient location to bus and train. Very helpful reception.
  : We cooked instead of paying for breakfast. Kitchen didnt have enough of everything for our party (short bowls, cups, spoons.) A little pricey for what was in the room compared to other places we stayed.

  : In the studio, the bathroom looked tired. I could not find any cleaning product in the kitchenette, There are no electric plugs by the bed to charge the phone.
