  : Small hotel, some parking places are available in front of the entrance. Situated not far from the town center. It's exactly what we were looking for.
  : The booking was not possible with an option of free cancellation and was not refundable.

  : I liked the mountainous view and the room had a cozy and cheerful feel to it. The bed was very comfortable too.
  : I like a kettle in my hotel room...for a morning coffee or an afternoon tea. There was no coffee facilities in my standard room, although apparently if you pay around 10 extra for a superior room you do get these facilities...

  : The hotel location is great, it is right next to the ski navette bus stop, which takes you directly to the ski resorts of Mont Dore. There is a storage room, where you can place your ski equipment. Breakfast was nice, the staff made sure that nothing was missing. The room was large enough for luggage and moving around, the bathroom had great lighting. The room was warm. The staff was friendly and very helpful!
  : The only protein source at breakfast was cheese, I think adding some eggs would be a nice touch, especially since people stay at the hotel during winter mostly for skiing, which requires a lot of energy and strength. The parking lot is a bit small, some cars parked not within the lines, which made it difficult to use. As more and more people arrived at Mont Dore it was not easy to find a parking spot along the road.

  : - Friendly staff , who was able to help in English ( very uncommon in France ). - Good location , all is in walking distance. - Clean room.( did not use breakfast)- Parking at hotel ( limited)
  : - The bed is ridiculously small . I strongly advise to get a a room with 2 single beds instead of a 2 persons bed . - 1600H check in time is late. - It was a bit cold in the room but you are not allowed to use the heater, sealed off. ( 50 fine / heater )

  : Then noise of the plumbing from the other rooms, you can hear every toilet flush and shower.
