A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Check-in between 17:30 and 21:00 is possible for a EUR 50 extra charge. Check-in after 21:00 is not possible.

Bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them on site for the following charges:
- bed linen: EUR 15 per bed
- towels: EUR 10 per person
