  : parking in the residence close to the room
  : we were given the room no. 69 - last room available and it was a nightmare - the strong smell of some chemical cleaning product was so terrible that even after 4 hours of open windows and doors we can still smell it and then we realized that it was something to cover the smell of cigarettes which we then breathed the whole night. we tried to solve this with the manager (and owner in person - Mr. Andrea) on the phone, he refused to come (saturday evening...), told us to switch on A/C and hung up the phone!!! The A/C was broken and full of mold...our friends in the room were several spiders and other insect...(already there when we came), untidy bathroom, slow and unstable Wifi... For 110 Euro quite a disaster. Our WORST experience in the whole Italian accomodation network! Save your money, nerves and health and go somewhere else - even if they clean the room after this review, the arrogance and unwillingness of the owner will never change...

  : The property had most facilities to cook and do a longer stay. Semi equipped kitchen and fully furnished apartment with backyard and a little outdoor place as a part of the apartment. There were pool and outdoor activity area, tennis, basketball and foot ball court available with reserved parking for each apartment
  : 1) The walls were too thin that you hear sounds from neighbors. We heard people next door and above us all night and that was annoying. 2) For a stay of 4 nights, there were no housekeeping.3) there was no hand wash soaps available which I think should be a must have.4) could have provided salt n pepper in the kitchen

  : The apertment is renoveted and looks great. Suitable for family, large and cozy. location was good with the car to star trip in garda. I recommend to families, but keep in mind that is only an appertment not an hotel.
  : Not clean. Livingroom was full of ants. we have beeb 6 nigths and cleaning is not included in their service. I asked to switch towels and they only allow to change towels once in 3 days.
