: The location and the property was super cured and organized, clean and luxurious. The ladies at the breakfast and at the reception super nice, helpful and smiley. It's a nice place if you want to relax as everything was very comfortable, especially in the period we went.
: I rarely do bad reviews. Honestly I don't know if I would go again because I had a really bad experience from the check in. The guy that we met when we arrived had an attitude and was kind of aggressive. We arrived at the property with our 1 year and a half old toddler. He asked us for an extra charge for the baby for 15 euros per night without providing us with a crib, even if in the properties rules says clearly that only kids over 3 years old are considered adults and the price of the crib is 15 euros per night. We stay in hotels very often and no one ever asked us for an extra charge, since the baby is sleeping with us and also uses his own baby towels. It's not about the money but about the attitude and the fact that we paid extra without having any extra product, since we slept in exactly the same room, same bed and same things provided. When you go to a place to relax,you expect people being nice like the ladies at the breakfast and not people attacking you creating problems
