  : The rooms were clean even the carpet, they were accommodating when we ask to have at least 2 of the 3 rooms together, and were honest when we ask for a smoking room because we had children about a light hanging and the smell being very strong the bed wasn't horrible in our room but very "broke in" as my husband said lol over all better than what we thought it would be when we drove up.
  : Mostly cosmetic things ... One of the 3 rooms we had looked as if the ceiling was drooping or caving in, the place for sure needs a little TLc like paint maybe more towels in the room for larger group, and the rooms are smaller with alot of furniture maybe having a smaller desk in the rooms would help.
