  : I couldnt stay due to an injury to my wife. I worked through Booking to get a refund. Staff at Marriott said it would be no problem as I had called over a week in advance. The manager, Mel, was apparently too busy to assist with multiple requests sent to her from Booking, so I paid for an empty room.

  : The Layout of the room was awkward. The pillows were the worst Ive ever experienced. The bed was soft. The tv was small.

  : I went down for breakfast 8:45. Ending time was 9am. Staff had already started clearing out the food, hot foods & yogurt, pastries. I did get things to eat. 2 more groups came in after me, all food was cleared. The attendant clearing this out was SO loud, At 9am, all staff went on break, she left her cart of food in dining area.The AC unit in my room was SO loud all night. I suggest having this repairedThe internet would not work in my room. I was connected to hotel Wi-Fi, but no internet. The front desk told me it was probably my room, that has trouble getting the internet. I was told to call a phone # to step me through connecting. This was unacceptable
