  : The themed room we were in was awesome. The sheets were really comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and large shower in our room. We enjoyed our stay at the Lions Gate Manor.
  : We were a little disappointed in the breakfast, but this is partly our fault. We are diet restricted and should have made this known prior to our stay.

  : The location and the hot tub were nice.
  : There was plenty of room at the Hotel California in Lava! The staff was rude and not very polite. You can hear everything in the house... footsteps, mumbled voices, etc. Even though we were paying customers it felt like we were putting them out by being there. Also, the list of what you can't do is quite long considering what we paid for the night. And when I showed the tissue full of dust that I wiped from the bedposts to the owner the next morning she, the owner, looked at me like a peasant and said she would take care of it and walked away. My wife and I felt the descriptions on the website versus what we actually experienced were far from matching.

  : We booked a room that was upstairs with a shared balcony. We love balconies. When we get to the property to check in, we are informed the room we booked is not available. They said it was under construction. A detail that would've been good to know before we got there. I thought that was extremely inconsiderate. Not only was the room not available, we got charged the same amount for a room I absolutely did not like. Right by the front door. We could hear everyone. No balcony and I'm sorry but I really disliked the theme. It was old feeling. There is a reason I didn't book that room to begin with. The lady was very kind but tried convincing me the room they were giving me was better and people like it more. It was honestly a terrible experience. I feel like of you book a specific themed room, and that room is not available, you 1. Should be notified prior to arriving 2. Be given some options, not just thrown into whatever room they see fit. I honestly will never stay here again. It caused a fight between my husband and I as we both had an expectation and it was not met.
