Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Please inform Business Homes - Das Apartment Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
For bookings made for 1-2 people, 1 bedroom will be available in the apartment. For bookings for 3-4 people, 2 bedrooms will be available.

Please note that a 20% deposit of the total amount will be charged for stays longer than 10 nights.

Please note that for bookings of 2 apartments or more, different policies apply and a deposit will be requested by the property.

Please inform the accommodation in advance in case of arrival after 21:00. A surcharge of EUR 15 applies for arrivals after 21:00.
