: The bed were really comfortable and staff was very kind. When we asked to change the room as it was facing the restaurant they were happy to provide us with another option facing the main entrance.
: There was no information that sauna rooms are located on the ground floor, so one of them is facing the sitting area of the restaurant and the other one is facing the main entrance. Both rooms were quite noisy and it's not possible to open the windows, so it was quite hard to sleep during the summer night. The rooms are nice, but for sure way overpriced. Also blackout curtains would be very appreciated. We also had not very nice experience with the restaurant. We booked the famous Table d'Haute for Saturday dinner, which was quite promising considering the price. The 4 course dinner took the staff 2,5 hours to serve, which was not really fun. But what was also very frustrating is that they've changed the menu for me as I was pregnant. It might seems like a nice gesture, but that was not communicated with me at all, so for the full price of highly expected dinner with meat and nice steak especially I got a vegetarian option and a stew. When I asked to replace the stew with the steak as after 2 hours of wait and having only vegetable starters I was still hungry, I've got a burned steak which was not good at all. Totally unacceptable and for sure should be discussed and communicated properly with the guest. Restaurant staff is not the one who decide what guest could eat, especially for the same amount of money as a normal dinner. The breakfast was okay, but with limited options.
