  : Really friendly staff (probably the manager?) who kept the bar open for us when we arrived late due to cancellation on our train journey.
  : The room reflects the value of the booking. There was a loud noise from one of the other residents in the night that woke us up (but we appreciate that this is not the hotel's problem).

  : It was aan crappy place. It looked mor like a hostels for seasonal workers. The only good thing was the private parking.
  : The place was run down. It is absolutely not like the pictures shown. The room was tiny and the badroom was even smaller. The whole place was showing signs of decay and lack of maintenance. On the terraces of the other room there was trash laying around and abandoned pieces of clothing. The room was filthy and definitely not cleaned. There was even a receipt under the bed. If you miss something like that ... When we went back to the lobby with our complaint. They where not surprised. They offered us a different room but said it would be similar. We left and booked another hotel. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

  : Bed was very comfortable but small double. That's all I liked.
  : Arrived and alot of people hanging out of windows chatting loudly. And burger shed in car park knocking up burgers and chips for occupants about 20 plus meals in reception, waiting to be collected.Occupants not the average people who book a hotel, were loud in the corridor at night. Room was like bad small ferry room. Without tea and coffee facilities

  : Location because the tram station is close.
  : RUDE STAFF, they made me pay before the stay because "A LOT OF PEOPLE HERE LEAVE WITHOUT PAYING". I went to my room to leave my suitcase and a member of staff came to my room to charge with the machine, it was not giving the ticket so we didn't know if I was charged or not... Honestly a nightmare!
