  : Location from airport was great, Free parking was great, Was able to walk to casino next door for breakfast.
  : Almost everything- Room wasn't ready so we had to wait by pool -staff attitude was like "what are you doing here"-extra blanket was gross-towels were rough-room was dingy, light in bathroom blinked so long when turned on that we left it on the whole time while in room and closed door most of way instead, double lock didn't work on entry door- room had a dusty smell-I had to spray air freshener all around room, TV barely worked-fortunately we had a very short stay. Furnishings were old and worn out. Price was way too much for quality of room-Very disappointed. first placed booked through here that was definitely a MISTAKE! Total thumbs down!!!

  : Nothing really whole experience was ruined when I had called before booking to confirm all my options they call me the day before demanding I buy a totally different room instead for 3x what I had paid I spoke to a manager and they agreed it was unfair ,then when I arrived mind you from out of state (I've called many times now to double check everything was good and paid) I now owe them 175 dollars I have yet to get back even though I cleaned my room before settling in and when I left cause they gave me a rushed room cause I arrived on time they weren't ready
