  : I made a booking and payment, and when I arrived at the hotel, they didnt have my booking or payment.Resulted in having to rebook and pay at the facility. No refund for their incompetence.

  : Room is old and needs updating. We were put in a handicap room that we didn't ask for.TV volume is set to 100 and barely audible.There's only one light in the room. Maybe to hide things they don't want us to see.Window screen valance fell off and hit my wife's arm when she opened the curtain (it's a 5 ft piece of metal)Shower has NO hot water. Because it's a handicap shower, the water goes everywhere. There's a second drain in the floor but it does nothing. The entire floor from the shower to the toilet has standing water. This is such a slip hazard, I can't believe someone hasn't fallen and sued this place. Rediculous.Glad we're only here for one short night.When we told the front desk about the issues, her response was, "Aside from that, was everything else OK with your stay?"I used to like Springhill Suites brand but this is the 2nd one we've stayed at on our trip and both have been less than average.

  : The pool was not functioning for the two days we stayed!The elevator did not work on the day we checked out and luggage for 5 had to be hand carried down the stairs! There was not enough towels in the room for our party of 5 and had to request more!
