  : Vasilis is a great guy, helpful and gave us all we needed. Very good location near St. Lazarus church, Finikoudes beach, shops and restaurants. A really large apartment with 2 separate bedrooms. 2nd floor. Worth for its price
  : Extremely noisy from the street, no sound isolation. Friday and Saturday night were sleepless. Old furniture, a renovation should be done. Bad water discharge in bathroom, floor was always wet

  : We really liked the communication with the owner. He gave us any information we needed. There was no issues. There were no issues staying a bit longer, since we had a flight at the evening. Very good and polite person. We really appreciate your hospitality :)
  : No blanket and towels in the second room. Slow internet(not hosts problem I guess), there were only 2 fully functional remotes for AC, no wine opener (not a big issue),

  : Location ideal for those wanting town centre, though bar was sometimes noisy below and traffic could be a little loud but the former didn't bother me and the latter was fixed with ear plugs. Appartment was spacious enough and beds were comfortable.
  : A few cracks on balcony concrete above a little unsightly. The bathroom layout was not idea as toilet and shower cubicle were very close together.

  : Location is convenient to the beach and shopping. internet signal is strong. AC was working.
  : NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! The apartment is old and needs updating. The rolladens (window shades) did not work and were stuck open. The drain in the shower was clogged with hair and would not drain. I cleaned out the drain to allow for the water to drain properly so it would not fill up in the bathroom. There is no street number or sign marking the entrance. Just a pile of garbage outside of the entrance. The mattresses in both rooms were old, thin and need to be replaced. We had to put one mattress on top of the other to provide any sense of comfort. We had a late flight out and asked the manager if the unit was rented he confirmed it was vacant. If we wanted an extension, we would have to pay 30 euros for a 3-hour extension. We refused to pay for the extension and were prepared to leave at noon. At 10 am on the morning of our checkout, he sent a message and said we could stay until 3 pm without paying the fee. This did not give us any time to enjoy the beach or shopping. When we checked out he thanked us for our stay and told us to contact him directly if we wanted to stay again so he could cut out Booking and save us money. So unprofessional and I will NEVER stay here again.

  : Location is excellent. Second line form the sea side. Grocery stores are in 3 minutes from apartments. The apartments are simple, but all the required equipment is here. The Host - Vasilis is very friendly and communicative person, solved our problems extremely fast.
  : Washing machine was not working, but I hope it will be fixed after our visit.
