: very tiny room feels like 20m2 with huge double bed, dinner table, kitchen all stuffed inside - when enter 3 people, no space for 2 suite-cases nor to move around; apartment door would not lock. Ladder to the upper bed was slippery and we were worried about our daughter coming down by herself. Hosts not very friendly at all. Also charged us 75 EUR cleaning fee after one night stay without explanation what we did not leave clean (we did clean and also were almost no time there). For the price feels like a huge overpayment especially when we paid lesser price for 50m2 place with 2 bedrooms and nice service earlier. Would not recommend at all

: The room was small. It was good for one person or max. two person, but not suitable for family. Sauna was included the price. Pretty clean room, but on cloudy day dark, because there is only one window. Located in bottom floor.

: Good location in Ylls resort. Apartment is quiet small but has everything we need. Nice private sauna.
: It wasn't mentioned on booking.com that cleaning is not included into the room rate and then it came as a surprise that it will cost 45 if we do not do cleaning ourselves. Another problem was that the room was not actually clean when we checked in so we had to clean it twice, before and after. One more problem was with a payment: my credit card was charged a week before but owner said they didn't receive a payment from booking.com and I had to pay again upon checkin and then ask for refund of the first transaction,
