  : In fact its a small apartment with tiny kitchen and great heating. Even with cold and stormy weather we were warm inside. Theres a sauna, swimming pool, room for children to play, pool, gym.The bed and pillows were super comfortable. It was really a pleasure to sleep on it.The size of it was also good, we had two floors facility and were really happy with it. There was even a balcony that we would definitely use if not the stormy weather.
  : First of all we came for check in at 3 as it was mentioned, but receptionist said the room isnt ready and we have to come back in one hour. Was weird that he said its kind of our fault because we booked only one hour before the official check in and its not enough to prepare the room. We were confused, if you advertise the rooms available with official check in why the time of booking would even matter? We asked if we can at least to do the paperwork to avoid wasting time, but again head no. Thats how we had to spend one extra hour outside under the rain and stormy weather.Theres a swimming pool and sauna where you have to wear flops, but the hotel doesnt provide even the hotel shoes (single use). All the people were just walking barefoot through the whole hotel to reach the sauna or swimming pool. The sauna is only for two people, so theres a big queue all the time. Plus you have to heat the sauna by yourself (that takes +30 minutes before youll be able to use it).The neighbors have a dog. The dog was barking, howling non stop the whole time. Its not the hotel fault, but be breasted for bad sleep because of that. At least take the earplugs.Theres a coffee machine for filter coffee, but no consumables for it. Meaning if you stay for few days, you have to go and purchase a pack of filters and a pack of coffee for it. Not really practical.Also would be great if on reception they at least ask how was our stay or something. We would definitely give a polite feedback. Unfortunately thats not the case.

  : The property in itself is really nice and offers broad possibility of leisure
  : The reception is not crewed during the day although people only arrive at given times with the ferry. It shouldnt be difficult to have someone at the reception for half an hour after esch arrival. Instead you can just leave your belongings unattended in the lobby or go around until the evening with all your stuff.The crew is also not especially nice.
