  : I paid 70 for a room. There were towels and a fitted sheet for the mattress, but the owner refused to give me a duvet cover. For that price, unacceptable and unhygienic.

  : I couldnt check in on time because the cleaning was not yet completed and the little bar fridge in my room was not working. wi-Fi did not seem to work either.

  : Unhygienic duvet (which all customers use) without duvet cover, absolutely exaggerated price for the poor quality. Structure renovated to save money, for example we took a cold shower because there is no hot water for everyone, shower head not adjustable in height and therefore only suitable for short people. Servile attitudes and a decidedly irritating attitude at check-in, in my opinion designed to sweeten the pill that is about to arrive (the room and its inconveniences). Seedy Indian tackiness everywhere in a Gasthaus that one expects to be German, given the "Gstehaus Sarker" name retained, which is purposely misleading. Staff unavailable in the morning as everything was locked (reception, office, restaurant...), therefore impossibility of making direct complaints. Keys without room number, rooms not connected to the main structure. It doesn't deserve more than half the price paid and we definitely feel cheated.

  : My room gave onto a little river that flows directly by the house. It was very beautiful. The location is very central and there are restaurants nearby, especially an Indian restaurant in the same building at ground level.
