  : Tiffany was the only redeeming quality of this hotel. She helped me out after the other staff gave me wrong information.
  : Staff were not in agreement of the pet policy. Reservations told me my animals would be fine to stay, but when I arrived I was told that cats were not allowed. The ladies were nice, but their information was wrong, and it almost made my situation ten times worse. I was staying in the hotel, because my ac is out in my home. My animals had to come with me. I had to call back reservations for them to confirm it was okay to stay with my animals, and they had to call the front desk for me. Also, I had staff banging on my door starting at 7 am even though my door was deadbolted and I had a privacy sign out front. They still relentlessly tried to get into my room, while I was trying to sleep. Ridiculous. Room was not clean either. Shower was gross. Zero water pressure from the shower head.

  : Swimming pool wasn’t in working order and it wasn’t listed as bad,there was a water leak from the room above straight down to my room,and 3 of the 4 pillows had moldy smell and damp.

  : The partying drunk people fighting outside and homeless asking for money the smell of marijuana everywhere this wouldn’t be my first choice if going back to Lancaster

  : The staff was incredible. It was a little pricey - and our room was tiny- we had the handicapped accessible room so the bathroom took up 1/2 the space. The hotel was PACKED with lots of events and late night wedding guests made it difficult to rest but the staff did their best to address our requests for quiet after 11 pm. They can’t help the behavior of other guests but they were extraordinarily helpful- especially the front desk staff.
  : The price. And the noise- but I think we just travelled in a very busy weekend.

  : I didn’t like that homeless people were camped out at the building across the street and were walking around the area. I felt unsafe and didn’t go out after dark.
