  : Staff was friendly.
  : Listing indicated breakfast was included but only cookies, coffee (with no creamer) and juice was provided. Bathroom ceiling had moisture stains. Heavy dust also accumulated in the corners. I found a strand of blonde hair on my towel.

  : It was close to my venue
  : Had to go get towels..tv didnt work. Waited 2 hours and made 2 trips for help with tv. Room was dirty. Hair in tub and floors hadn't been swept. Sheets on bed had black handprints on them. Towels that were brought to my room, although warm from dryer, had dark stains on them. Was charged a different price than what booking.com total quoted. Pool not open and no breakfast but coffee.

  : The location is right off of I10. Just 20 minutes from Tallahassee where we attended the FSU graduation. Hotel rooms near Tallahassee were going for $700 a night. So we picked this hotel and got a MUCH better rate ($139).
  : The facility is old, and had EXTREMELY poor internet connection. They advertised a continental breakfast, yet upon arrival the person at the desk said they never restarted it since COVID. Im assuming that is to save money. If they were audited by OSHA, there are many violations such as electrical outlets without covers, concrete balcony cracked, etc.

  : After traveling all day- we purchased our room through booking.com and paid- when we arrived they told us that our payment did not go through, which it had cleared our bank and charged us again. Then there was no hot water to our room. Now we are having to fight with the hotel on the extra charge in which they asked us to reach out to booking.com-where you cannot reach anyone via phone. We will not be using booking.com or the super 8 by Wyndham in Monticello again.
