  : Good location. Comfy bed, good kitchen and good furniture. Can comfortably sleep a family of 6.
  : After driving for so many hours there, we have to collect the code from a different location. Reason being, to make us sign the agreement about the house rules and possible penalties in the event that we break the rules. Too troublesome. Shower head downstairs need to be changed to a standard design. Central heater system did not distribute heat evenly. Upstairs was too hot while downstairs was too cold. Cold air seeping through the main door. Cleaning fee was too high.

  : The house is very spacious (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) and has a lot of equipment in the kitchen and a great BBQ outside. Also a lot of towels, blankets etc. The location on the waterfront (access canal to the Yacht club) is awesome. We loved to sit outside and watch the boats pass by. Very relaxing! The neighborhood is nice for a walk (lots of canals and boats). The vacation area includes a nice outdoor pool and a really good indoor pool (competition size, great for exercises) and beach access. The house was well cleaned when we arrived.
  : Minus point are the high price (3000$ for one week in main season) and the extreme dirty carpets. Also some furniture need to be replaced. The sofa looked extremely old, some mattresses seemed worn out and the table outside was damaged. Also the balcony could not be used due to a thick layer of dust. The door handle of a bathroom door broke and the door could not be opened anymore. We were lucky that nobody had been inside! But they fixed it immediately. The beach and pool access was 10$ extra per day and person which is quite expensive.

  : I didn't think it was necessary to have to go to the Vacasa office just to get the code to enter the property...and the code given was the wrong one. Had to call the main office number to get the correct one.

  : Location was great--close to shopping.
  : There were several kids that were staying next door over the holidays. They were really noisy in the early morning hours (12am to 2am), and the noise interrupted everyone's sleep (including a baby and the baby's parents that were staying with us).
