  : The management company was friendly. The house was great for the five girls for our get together.
  : The house was not accessible. The steps (to get to second story front door) and front porch were covered in several feet of snow. A rental property should be ready for renters. It is not my responsibility to make it so. The hot tub was not accessible due to 6 feet of snow on top. Again not my responsibility to make it so. Additionally, the road to the house were barely accessible. We were told if the roads were closed or if the house lost power (due the snow storm) we were not able to cancel. This seems a bit extreme and unreasonable. When we could not get the four wheel drive SUV into the drive due to the excessive snow and we called the management company we were told there are shovels at the house and we would have to dig the driveway out "it was the Tahoe experience" (their exact words).

  : Love the location of this house. I like the size of the house and hot tub in the back. House was a step away from great spot for beautiful sunset view.
  : Host is charging $350 for cleaning!! This is ridicules! For a small house like this is way to much! And it wasn't clean at all. It was blood stains on the sheets! Lots of cobwebs and dust behind the TV. Neighbors has a party and they were drunk and loud. It was only one chair on the front porch and the back of the chair was broken. For $500 a night I expected so much better.
