Cozy Home with Yard Deck and BBQ - Walk to Lake Tahoe!

  : Cozy little home with a nice fenced in yard. We didn’t bring any pets but it was great for our young children. The house was easy to find and checking I was very easy to do the house was also very clean and had fresh towels waiting on the beds. The kids had a wonderful time playing in the snow.
  : Very out dated. Not super stocked with usable cookware and utensils. Some dishes had stuck on food particles that needed to be washed before using. Beds are small and furniture is very old-couches are sunken in and all appliances except the toaster are extremely old. The house is small and a rickety roll away bed had to be used in one room where it barely fit. It slept 8 of us (2 adults and 4 kids-teens to toddlers) but not comfortably

  : Just 2 blocks from a pretty park and walking trail. And, very close to the downtown fun.

  : Location was great!. Close to beach and the main street. Spacious property.
  : Check out was 10:00am. Because of 4pm check-in, would of been nice to check out at least 11;00am, such as similar properties we've stayed at.

  : The location is the only good thing.
  : 1. Property was filthy when we arrived. Right now its Covid and we are being charged extra cleaning fees. We had to clean the deck, bbq, table outside , chairs outside, and found spider webs through out the house. See pictures of spider web on kitchen cabinets connecting to floor . See pics of dirty outside, broken umbrella and filthy grill 2. Broken screen door leading outside with ripped wholes was letting flies in all the time. See image attached 3. Broken umbrella. Could not use at all See image attached 4. Fithy grill that only has one working burner. Cleaned it but could not use it. Does not work 5. Filthy backyard without privacy ( as advertised) 6. Cozy fire place. ( see images attched) this is advertised but we were instructed that we can not use it upon arrival. In add its advertised as a nice cozy fireplace 7. Bathroom has leaking water . See images attached. 8 towels are so old it hurts to wipe with. See image attached 9. The house is a 3 bedroom . Advertised as 2 full bathrooms, up to 6 guests. We were 4 guests. There is only one bathroom with a shower so we all have to share. Which we tried to do. We quickly realized that only 2 people can shower with in a r hour time period as there is NOT ENOUGH HOT WATER FOR EVERYONE TO SHOWER EVEN IF WE SHOWER ONLY 5 MIN EACH. 10. The batbroom with the shower has a lock that is pointless. It does not keep door closed. Plus the door does not stay closed . It opens on its own . And sometimes you could not keep door closed at all The other bathroom leaks when you turn in the bathtub and there is no hot water at all 11. The TV in living room and bedrooms DO NOT WORK AT ALL. we connected the TV in livjng room with our own cables. 12. Trash bin outside full: when we arrived we found trash in the bin from previous tenants and could not thro trash away until next pick up. This is disgusting
