  : easy keypad entry, no extra trips. Also the hot tub was heated, so nice. The beds were comfortable, the towels soft. Loved having the extra chairs and table.
  : the coffee pot did not work and was left dirty, the batteries in the clocks were dead, some lightbulbs burned out. There could have been more trash bags.

  : The location was great. And responses were quick.
  : There were a lot of things out of date in the house and the bbq caught on fire because it was not clean. The guy that came to clean it when we were leaving was complaining saying it was our fault because he cleaned it. It was hot with no a/c. And things in the home are close to breaking down. We had a good time overall. The cleaning fee is over 400 dollars and the house was not very clean at all and they have you do a lot of things before checkout or they will charge more. so I am shocked that they charged so much it was rediculous.
