  : I booked and paid a deposit with VRBO 2+ weeks in advance. Then with less than a week before arrival you cancel my booking. 5 minutes later I find the apartment available to book for $200 more than my original agreement. The bunk bed bedroom was always cold. The heat did not seem to reach that bedroom.

  : There is a nice deck and view of the marina. The neighbors and other owners are very nice, helpful and understanding of the poor condition this unit is in.
  : The town house was very run down, with stained carpets and cigaret burns. The bathroom has black mold growing around the tub/shower and baseboards, with a shower sliding door off the runners and falling into the shower. The shower tub is very slippery with no floor mat. The paint was stained and greasy around the door knobs. The boat slip that came with the unit was unusable because of dredged weeds piled on the dock. The contract inferred 4 parking permits with one outside spot and private garage parking, Tahoe Keys Resort gave us only one parking permit and told us the garage was closed off by the owner. Overall, very disappointed with the unit, not at all what was represented in the add. I would not recommend renting from Tahoe Keys Resort company
