  : I was very disappointed to find out there was no complimentary breakfast, only at the restaurant which I was told by other guests is to overpriced for poor quality food.
  : Not sure who the designer of the hotel was but they need to be fired. Why would anyone on God’s awesome earth put a half glass in the shower for water to go everywhere and you can possibly slip and fall to your death or seriously break a bone in your body. That’s for sure a lawsuit waiting to happen. The rooms are overpriced for such a small town with no excitement happening at night. I couldn’t even take a decent shower because the shower head was so disgusting and barely any water coming out. Replace it please. It definitely proves how poorly your housekeeping staff cleans the rooms. The sheets kept sliding off the mattress. I have stayed at many of Marriott hotels and this experience was by far the worst. I was lied to and inconvenienced by staff about how I can pay. A guest should have an option to pay in cash or by card. Shouldn’t matter how you pay as long as you are paying. Not all people have debit and credit cards. My friend went to just pay for the room and staff chose to continue to answer the phone and just ignore him. Only to then tell him he can’t pay for the room because it was too early to check in. He wasn’t checking in, he just wanted to pay for the damn room for me. There should be a curfew for guests that have kids and a noise ordinance put in place. No one wants to be kept up all night by kids running through the halls or up and down the stairs.

  : The staff were great. While the hotel had no power due to the hurricane they tried to be as accommodating and kind in the circumstances.
  : Having a more significant generator to run the whole hotel rather than just the elevators and emergency would have been nice.
