Mtn-View Lake Havasu Home with Heated Pool and Spa

  : The house is well situated away from the main town but close enough to all amenities needed in LHC for a stay. I used to live there 25yrs ago and it has changed a lot. The rooms were comfortable (Mattresses were comfortable) it was well stocked for making meals, grilling, laundry and enjoying (fire pit was great also). It is close to Bashas, restaurants, and yet far enough away from things on a big holiday weekend.
  : Spa was not working night 1 so we missed out on that, however the owner did respond next day and resolve the issue. I did not like all of the check out things we had to do (Strip sheets, start load of laundry (towels), take out trash, clean all dishes, etc...Which is a lot to ask when I'm, paying what I feel is an outlandish cleaning fee of $249. I live in a 3770 sq ft home and have it cleaned very well for $150...so that fee is super high in my opinion for what we basically did for them except remake the beds, wipe stuff down and vaccumn a bit.

  : The house was VERY clean! We liked the large spaces. Neighbors were friendly. We loved the heated jacuzzi, for no extra charge!
  : The heated pool is not heated unless you pay a huge fee. We arrived Thursday and it was finally warm enough to swim Saturday and we had to leave very early Sunday. So over $300 to swim one day! I think if the title of the house says heated POOL. The price of the house should include heated pool. At the very least there should be a clear statement with a price for heating BEFORE you book it.
