  : Nothing facility is a disgrace staff is rude & extremely unhelpful
  : The buffet gave us food poisoning, the pool & water park were never open. The Waterpark is extremely rusted & dangerous! The lodge is the most expensive building to stay in & it's a disgrace I wouldn't let my dog stay there! The pools are never serviced or cleaned. Guests smoke drugs all over the entire property!

  : My husband and I were going to spiltrock for years we have not been there because of covid so we decided to take a weekend trip, we usually stay in willowbrook but there was no opening so we stood in the town house for a very great price the town house was in renovation and ther rooms looked very nice, there beds, Couch beds and kitchen was very nice, you walk in and said wow this is beautiful, but the longer you stood there you found things didn't work or didn't have, if you are a coffe drinker like I am it was very disappointing that there was no coffee marker in the room and when I ask they said they didn't have Enough for the rooms, the dish washer was not new and didn't work. The bathroom was nice, but the more showers you took it had, a horrible smell. The inside pool was ok the outside pool was horrible it goes on and on it was like they started fixing it up and than left it, I really hope it get fix and doesn't get left unfinished because it was a beautiful place. Bowling was really good , the karaoke was really nice. The families that stood were very nice.
  : No golf, the lake, you couldn't go in it , outside pool was not taking care of no enough stuff, water park big slides didn't work, and wifi was no good.

  : The willowbrook room was clean lobby area at Willowbrook was disgusting. Furniture is outdated/stained was messy.The room was clean. couch was so hard couldn?t lay/sit on it cause it was hard/uncomfortable. Bathtub missing plug to take a bath.

  : The tub in our room ran brown water. I went down to the front desk and the gentleman I talked to was very nonchalant. He showed no empathy at all. He advised me to run the water for 30 mins and then it should be fine. It was not, it was still yellow.
