  : There was a distinct odor of a dead animal within the room. My room was on 2nd floor of an attached building and there was obviously something dead above the ceiling, possibly in the attic, or in the walls. When I took possesion of room, the staff had sprayed the room with a deodorizer to mask the odor. But by the time I returned to the room at night, the odor was evident so I left exterior door open for about 3 hours before going to sleep.Next morning, I did notice the odor again but had to leave for day's activities early. When I returned around 2:00 PM to pick something up in room, staff had again sprayed with deodorizer, which tells me they knew of the odor, but yet when I checked in, the desk never mentioned anything or provided me with a different room.When I checked out the next morning, I notified the front desk clerk, but all she said was that she would notify staff. Would definitely think twice about staying here again given the managements assumption that guests will accept such issues and still pay market room rate.

  : Location and view was excellent. Upon arrival told that restaurant was closed. Told there was a Grill was open but not really clear on where it was located. Upon approaching bar set up out back was told they had just closed down. They have fire pits that you need to reserve and pay for but you cannot bring your own drinks or food items. You can only buy s’mores kits from them.
  : Hilly, and not easy for disabled people to get around. At the bar past the swimming pool and fire pits, a customer brought their dog. The smoke from fire pits blows down there and irritated my throat. I always carry cleaning wipes to be sure certain items are clean. Found a bit of dirt on light fixture, table top, sink counter and light switches. Glad we only planned on one night stay.

  : The building needs a spruce up. The staff needs to be more welcoming. Specifically, the bar tender, both nights he Immediately acted as if he was being put out by the arrival of a patron. It really left myself and other guests feeling annoyed and mistreated.
