  : The workers were pretty nice but clearly tired and over the whole situation
  : Ghetto! First off it was so much traffic in and out, - more like an apartment complex not a hotel- the first room we got was not clean, tv didn’t really work , holes and wall. We got another room, which was pretty much the same. The property is not updated it’s old everything! Oh not to forget the first 15 mins waiting to get checked in. Police arrived and the front desk lady had no real idea of why. ( guest didn’t want to leave) The staff was all over with communication and helping eachother it’s really was a hot mess . But for what we paid I see why! I hate to mention this but I mean some folks may need to know. The house keeper stays there clearly! We had an issue with TV again . She came to room in regular clothes a starfoam cup and looking like she been off and having drinks - she came in just looking around as we explained we figured it out . She was just too comfortable , just a little off. - hot mess I must say! Professionalism for entire staff was about a 4

  : I didn't realize the type of hotel I rented, It's set up appeared to be like a transient hotel? But it served its purpose ( sleep n bathe). Thank you
  : Could use some up keep. New carpet in the corridor. Fresh paint in rooms to make it more appealing.

  : The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. We just need a place to shower and sleep and it met that need.
  : There are no Ice machines on premises. Though there is a no smoking policy the room smelled like stale cigarettes. I was grateful for a room but would go elsewhere next time.

  : I didn't like the receptionist.I didn't like the crawling bugs.I didn't like the rusty microwave and refrigerator.

  : The location
  : The elevator was broken. Nobody came to clean the rooms, offer new bedding, replace toilet paper or anything. When I checked in there were no towels in the room. When I asked for some I was told there weren’t any clean towels. Had to keep checking with the front desk the next morning after being told to keep going back to check if they were ready. The TV didn’t work. Saw a couple roaches. The back door that is supposed to be key accessible was broken and stayed open the entire time.
