  : The location was good but not great. It is located only blocks from Front Street where the cute shops and eateries are. But it’s not really near the ocean so you don’t hear or see the ocean from this place.
  : The place was a rip off! You’re getting something less than a motel with a kitchen. The space is small. The walls are thin and the neighbors are rude. We paid a whopping 400 dollars a night and this place is only worth 40 dollars a night at best. The kitchen is filled with cockroaches. The bedroom is filled with gnats. The bathroom has no ventilation so it reeks of urine and the shower curtain has black mew dew! The kitchen was partially stocked. We booked 8 days and there was not enough paper towels no toilet paper. The worse is the management company Vacasa. If you ask a question you get a response in over 2-3 days!! This is by far the worse loss of money in a stay I have ever had. There are plenty of beautiful places to stay in Maui, and this is definitely the worse.

  : The location of the Spinnaker is just perfect. We loved the terrace with garden, the pool with BBQ and the convenient parking. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with everything you can imagine.
  : However we would hope to see some improvement about the response time for requests. There is 24/7 phone access but it is rather tedious to call and go through all that security questions each time. The response time on E-mail requests was too long (4 days). Also some additional minor things to improve:- there was no cover and blanket for the sofa bed- there was no access code to pool when we checked in - the next door AC was very noise (you need to wear ear plugs if you are sensitive at night)- there was no explanation about washing service on site
