  : No beach towels chairs or umbrellas at pool. Limited kitchen cooking utensils. No bbq utensils. No cleaning supplies for kitchen. Kitchen Sink backed up and needed plunging. Tiny tv. For charges it wasnt gold value.

  : Wonderful property views from the ridge and bay villas. The pools were very clean and well appointed. Great coastal trail for morning walks.
  : Like many of the people who reviewed the property we originally stayed in villa 2022 which had issues with roaches in the kitchen. After two nights, we were moved to a beautiful villa that was clean, spacious with well appointed. The office was reasonable with working with us to come up with a solution. The two women who worked in the office were great. Unfortunately, the one gentlemen who checked us in wasn't very sympathetic to our situation or the fact that we had a 16 month old toddler.

  : Outside the property was nice. The weather was lovely in the area as well.
  : It was filthy. Not what I was expecting for the price we paid. I had to sweep up a big cockroach from right under the sofa bed where my children were sleeping which was also disgusting. I had to do laundry every day during my vacation. I had to wash every single sheet, blanket, pillowcase etc.... I had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies just so we can manage to stay there. Literally wanted to come back home as soon as we got there. It was a big disappointment. We chose here because it had a kitchen. We rented 2 apartments and wish we wouldve just gone with a hotel. It was not worth the money. No one wants to be scrubbing toilets, tubs you name it during vacation! I took plenty of pictures and can only upload 4. Had to spray all our luggage and re wash once we got home in case we brought anything back with us. Dont stay here. Go with a hotel.

  : Villa was tired and needed work. Beds were not comfortable and old. Mouse droppings and a rat trap was under the bathroom sink. Kitchen was not well outfitted. Didnt seem anyone was working at the property. Did not have anyone to bring you anything at the resort. No one seemed to working there during our stay. The cleaning fee and resort fee were a surprise and ridiculous. I expect to get a refund for the cleaning fee, as the villa was less than clean and disappointing including bugs inside the unit.
