  : Very clean, friendly staff, Dukes Beach House on property, several pools, nice stretch of beach w reef right off shore for snorkeling

  : This hotel was in a great location. We had a Mountain View room which was perfect to watch the sunrise from! The room was spacious for us and our 16 month old. We liked having our own kitchen to prepare some meals. The pool and beach on site was perfect.
  : We could not get the air condition to stay on in our room. But that is minimal compared to the enjoyment we got from the spacious, clean room.

  : Very comfortable and clean. Nice L shaped balcony. Plenty of laundry detergent. It was our second stay at this resort; location is nice. Nice to be able to cook and dine on the balcony. The two bedrooms are situated away from each other for maximum privacy.
  : Only one frying pan. Self parking only due to Covid; the walk to the room from parking garage was pretty far. If you haven't been to this resort in the past, it is difficult to find where to go to check in and signage is bad. Stop and ask someone for directions

  : Beautiful property with plenty of pool and beach access.
  : Check-in was cumbersome (sent from one building to another and back again). Food options were limited, although obviously some of this is due to Covid. Room HVAC did not appear to work.

  : The Restaurant and Bar were WAY too crowded--you need more places to eat in the evenings.

  : $---for three nights and did not have housekeeping service. Could not get extra towels. the dryer did not work in our room, had to take our wet clothes to the other side of the hotel to an empty room to dry them. Unhappy with Dukes!

  : Upon check in, went to used couch sofa and found trash (a lot of it) under it. Reported the filth to front desk, took 2 trips to clean before they cleaned correctly (I had to physically flip over couch so they could view the filth under it.
