  : Great location to walk to the beach and scenic views. Hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly.
  : Bedding could use an update but overall a good place to stay by the beach.

  : The hotel is close to the center of town (Laguna Beach).
  : The hotel sits right next to a busy street. The door to our room was on the busy street. The very loud sound of cars, trucks, and motorcycles zooming past the door continued all night (albeit a little less in the early morning hours).

  : I liked the location of the property and ease of access/parking.
  : I didnt appreciate how the description when I booked stated there would be breakfast included when there was not. I plan stays with that in mind so that was a negative right off the bat. There was also bits of trash behind the curtains and under the desk in our room which made me feel it was not fully cleaned. There was also multiple spiders that found their way in because there was about an inch gap under the door that we had to cover with a towel to prevent any more from coming inside. Water pressure in the bathroom was also very bad. I had to take an extra long shower just to feel clean and to rinse all the soap off of me

  : After checking out I requested the use of a beach towel, which was denied. Manager said they didnt have enough towels to go around.

  : I liked that it was close to a beautiful beach. The manager was also very accommodating.
  : That we had to ask to have our room cleaned. But they did a good job.
