  : It was very dirty, chewing gum and sticky marks on the table for example. They left us a cot for our baby that was unsafe, dirty and unusable so our baby had nowhere to sleep

  : We liked that the apartment was in the center, therefore very easy to access a lot of main attractions. However, since it is located in the center area everything close by is very expensive. Luckily we rented a scooter and we managed to get around and enjoy the local food and restaurants without spending unnecessary amount of money. The breakfast provided was good.
  : The Algarve dream property agency staff does not know how to handle their customers. They have too many check-Ins for a day that they treat each person as an item. Their service is not great. We were told to come in to check in at 4 and we had to wait outside for more than two hours because they have not cleaned the apartment. So we checked in at 6!!!! We were so tired and we lost our dinner reservation about this. When I confronted the front desk lady about this, first she said I could ask for a compensation however, after she changed her word and kept telling me to contact the host which I didnt even have any contact details of. I would stay away from them to be honest. This place has too many customers that they do not show any remorse or help in any way! Moreover the pillows were HORRIBLE!!! We were given only two small pillows that we couldnt sleep in. This caused us for lack of sleep and affected our entire trip!

  : Location amenities and over all property was excellentThis property was close to the the centre, placing everything within walking distance. Check in was smooth and property was easy to find.Property was spacious, clean and had generous amenities including a fully stocked kitchen. Linens were clean and generously stocked. Bed wasComfortable and overall the pictures do the property justice.
  : These items are to note but did not take away from the accomodation and experience in any way for us 1. Steep narrow steps to the apartment which may be an issue for people with Mobility problems2. Avoid washing machine. It left a lot of lint on clothes3. There was no ac in the bedroom which we didnt mind since there was multiple fans to use4. Breakfast was delivered promptly daily but the food was basic which was fine for us because it was affordable to eat out and the breakfast was inclusive in the price
