  : Reception staff was very helpful and friendly, they had some good hiking tips. Spa area is nicely done with a bio and Finish sauna.Breakfast with nice bread and croissants. The staff in the restaurant was friendly as well.Good shuttle bus which takes you to Flims or Laax.
  : Unfortunately, the kids playing in the swimming pool could be heard very well in the sauna itself and also in the quiet room.We didn't like the restaurant for dinner. It's quite costly for the quality. Cordon Bleu was not hot, the cheese was not melted and the meat was not tender. I didn't say anything as we all know what happens to an already cut open Cordon Bleu when it gets reheated - it gets worse. Prawns risotto was very grainy and the cheese was not giving it a creamy touch. However, the staff was very friendly.
