  : The location was excellent and close to the rail station and getting into the city. Breakfast was very nice and a good selection.
  : Staff Customer Care and Service: 1. On our return from a wet day in Monaco, we discovered that the lift was not working. The female staff caretaker was not very helpful and response was curt and not very informative, stating that it would be fixed in the morning'. The impression was that she didn't really care about our incovenience. 2. At approx. 6:30pm the power to the hotel cut out. On questioning the female caretaker on what the problem was and when it was likely to be fixed, she said it was the whole district and 'it was what it was'. She was factually incorrect as it was only the hotel and an adjacent building that were affected, she failed to mention that there was an engineer working on the problem, power was restored at approximately 7:45pm. It then went off again after dinner at approx. 9:15pm, I went down to inquire as to what the problem was (having been told that everything would be fixed in 45 mins at 8:30pm), once again the female caretaker was very abrupt, curt and unhelpful in her response. She provided no apology, no infomration on how long the power would be out, and emergency measures to alleviate the black out we were experiencing. 3. Our TV channels were not working when we arrived from our day in Monaco. When I asked the female caretaker about this, she said "if it was not working, then it was not working" and offered no explanation on when or if it would be fixed. I felt that she didn't care and we just had to accept it. Health & Safety: 1. There were no emergency contingency plans to deal with a power cut, i.e. emergency lighting in our rooms, offer of relocation to another hotel until the problem was fixed, and no regular updates on the issue and resolution. We were left totally in the dark (excuse the pun). 2. On our floor #4, the fire exit door was wedged open by a laundry metal frame and our exit was partially blocked to exit the floor.

  : Nothing as stated No kettle no water. Bad smell from toilet Big scam hotel. Ruined my stay and I have called booking.com in France to complain without any feedback.
  : Nothing , I am sure you never busted the place. And the reviews are all by their own people. Go to website and see the review with photos. I am good client this is the first time I feel ripped off
