  : Large room in a good location if you want to visit the area and are using the train. Pleasant staff who answered all our questions.
  : The room could have been cleaner, the basin and basin shelf needed a wipe over before we used it and there were hairs on the bathroom floor. The bed was very clean, as was the rest of the room so I think this might have been an oversight. Biggest pain were the flashing warning lights green and red, which apparently cannot be turned off - our sleep was disturbed by them. No lifts to the first floor - but to be clear, we were offered help.

  : what a great eclectic hotel. hip vibe, friendly, helpful staff. Love that there's a lift! Breakfast was pricey at 15 euros each but decidedly worth it. Able to store luggage for our day into Cinque Terre. Wish we could have stayed more nights.

  : Nice location and decent size room. We had a little terrace however there were no chairs to sit on outside.

  : * Location: Very good, about 500m from La Spezia Central train station, making it a good basecamp for visiting Cinque Terre. Close to bus stops where you can take busses to Porto Venere or Lerici. Also, close to Via del Prione (pedestrianized shopping street) as well as the harbor. Multiple supermarkets within a few blocks radius. The hotel itself is on a less-frequented alleyway, thus nights were quiet. * Overall, good price-performance ratio, with trendy look, modern facilities and helpful, friendly staff.
  : * Bathroom: On the first day after checking-in, we stayed in the room for ~20 min then went out for dinner. Upon our return, we discovered a major water leak near the shower-booth, creating a huge puddle while we were away. Staff came, inspected, and could not find the reason. The hotel was fully-booked, so they couldn't offer another room. Thankfully, the leak didn't happen for the rest of our stay. We should note that the staff lady was friendly and tried what she could.

  : Location is excellent, although looking from the outside the hotel does not call the attention, it is quite confortable both the lobby and the room.
  : Not that I did not like but the breakfast could be improved with some additional items such as cheeses and different choices of eggs, scrambled, boiled, etc.

  : Nice, delicious breakfast and beautiful large rooms. The hotel is nice and interesting to look at and in a great location to the historic center and train stations.
  : On our second day, the staff in the breakfast rooms was a little understaffed resulting in a lot of dirty dishes on tables. However this was only a minor inconvenience and did not repeat.
