  : Lovely old fashioned room, clean and spacious. Owner was a great character and she was eager to help despite not speaking a word of English, she just talked louder in Italian till you understood lol. Close to everything.
  : Maybe aircon was a bit loud but that's about it.

  : Our host, Ellie, was very kind and accommodating (though only speaks Italian, but is very adept with google translate!). The room was clean and as pictured. good location close to the station and access to Cinque Terre villages
  : A bit tricky to find, no sign by the door and is in an apartment complex

  : The host spoke no English so it was very difficult to communicate. I wasnt aware we wouldnt have access to the kitchen (all we wanted to do was put some wine in the fridge) and trying to access it caused a commotion with the host.My friend and I were using the hairdryer and the AC was on and blew the fuse, the host got extremely upset and made us feel terrible even though we got the power back on after about 10 minutes by us figuring out how to fix it. Her reaction left us feeling very uncomfortable in the space and was very unnecessary. Finally when we were checking out the host went into the room and made some rude hand gestures and Italian comments as we left.

  : Pretty much, loved everything. The room and the apartment in itself was the cleanest we have ever seen. The old lady, Elise, was super kind. She did not know English at all but even with the help of Google translate, we could have a conversation. She provided us with electric kettle, coffee and was always willing to help just at the knock of the door. The location was right in the centre of La Spezia, 5-8 minutes walk from the train station. The air conditioner in the room was superb. It helped us to sleep so comfortably after a tiring day in the sun.
  : A bit too expensive compared to other properties in La Spezia, but it was worth it considering the room, facilities and the luxurious decor in the room/apartment.

  : The apartment at cinque Terra is decorated in a beautiful classical Italian style. The apartment is immaculate, very clean and fragrant of flowers.
  : The place is great value for money, I have no complaints
