  : The room was tidy & clean. The cleaner did a fantastic job and was approachable when we needed assistance
  : Slightly out of the way & having to pay for the coffee in the room, usually tea and coffee is included. The hotel is labelled as luxury but I think this only applies to a few rooms, not all.

  : Did not like anything. The host was rude, this establishment cannot be trusted!! Consumers beware!! The check in is a mess, go to this box and get this, go to the next box and get that, then the entry to their hallway where the suites are jams all the time. They should get their act together. First Luxury!!, my backside!! The venue needs some serious maintenance and manors.
  : The shower drain in the Presidential Suite we stayed in was blocked from the first minute we got there, to have a shower. Four nights we booked this place.Made contact to the so-called host who admitted that they had been having trouble with it and to just put towels around the face of the shower door, the cleaners will clean up and supply extra towels in the morning. WTF! No!! The floor in the bathroom was already flooded with towels and water everywhere. We asked for a new room, they downgraded us, we had no choice but to accept along with a dismal reimbursement we never received!!!Anyway, we made the transition with the cleaners as everything is done via whatsapp, no face to face here!! We moved rooms further down the hall and proceeded to carry on with our day.We got back to our room later that day and went to have a shower, the smell of sewer coming from the drains in this bathroom was too much! I had a discussion with the wife and pondered on our thoughts. In the meantime, we realised we forgot to give the keycard to the Presidential Room to the cleaners. My wife went back to the room to leave it on the bed, low and behold the hosts had already rented the suite out to someone else, on the same day! If they had fixed the drain so quick, why weren't we back in the room? No explanation, no communication, nothing!! Thats just wrong!! We finally gathered our thoughts, relayed the sewer smell back to the so-called host, of the new bathroom, told them what we thought of the situation, that we wanted a full refund and that we were checking out. Reported to Booking.com with evidence, still investigating.They made us feel like the crooks here, but rest assured it is they who are pulling the wool over customers eyes. Be mindful people, read other reviews, this is not the first time these problems have occurred, other have complained in the past to. DO NOT BOOK HERE! And Luxury First stick your reply to this up your shirt! You're a disgrace!!

  : The location was great not to far from the train station or restaurants. The breakfast menue though limited was plentiful. We actually asked for less food than offered. The manager Lorenzo was great dealing with the problem of no hot water in the first room.
  : The first room was a disappointment and should not be called a suite. We have seen better standard hotel rooms. We definitely did not like changing rooms twice in for night including a move to another building not far from the first building. The second and third where definitely better and qualified as suites.

  : Its an apartment and not a hotel. Not nice when u enter for my standards. The room have a really bad odor of some kind of cleaner. Wes burning my wifes eye and hard to breath in. We left the room in 5 minutes after arrived Would never stay at this location
  : Bad location and the property was hard to get into. The rooms had a really bad odor in it and we left in 5 minutes to on other hotel. I would never tell anyone to stay there.
