  : Very Good location, right in the city but still quiete enough for a good night rest, stilish interieur, friendly and helpful owner.
  : Very dark as ground floor and blinds needed to be closed so that no one could sse inside. No cleaning in 3 days. Price due to easter weekend way above average and way above the value received. I would return again but for much lower price only

  : Well located in La Spezia and good value for the price. Only one street away from a lively place, communication with hosts was very easy via Whatsapp (as it was self check-in and out) and place was clean and had an air-conditioning unit. There was also a helpful book and PDF that the property shared with recommendations for restaurants and bars locally.
  : Upon entry, there is a strong cigarette smoke smell in the rooms. You got used to it quickly inside the room but despite the signs not to smoke, there was a smoke smell. We had booked the room knowing we had an evening departure from La Spezia on the day of check out so it was disappointing that there was no luggage storage apart from a paid one. Necessary to have cash to pay the city tax of 2 euroes per person which was not mentioned until on the paper inside the room so we had to go and find cash somewhere.

  : It was really clean, location was good, 5 min walk to train station. even though there was no reception, checkin was quite easy
  : there was no luggage room, we needed to pay to store our luggage in a nearby locker. I would also appreciate a chill garden or a hangout place
