  : As soon as the host turned up, it was fast to get the key of the apartment.
  : We had to wait until it was 5 pm before we could check in. And we had to count all items in the apartment and evaluate the condition of the apartment on arrival. There was a question on "what to do" for them, where we wrote that the floor was dirty and needed cleaning. But they never did this! So why ask if you don't take action? We also had to start with the dishwasher to clean very dirty cutlery. And there was mold in the bathroom, and the smell of mold in the whole complex.

  : Te apartment was smaller and older than we expected. the furniture were old and some needed replacement. The toilet needed some renovation. The rooms could be cleaner.

  : Very poor standard of finish - the apartment we stayed in definitely needed a refurb - and a good clean! What was pictured and what we got - were two very different things...

  : The location was super. Close to the main ski lift, to the supermarket and everything else there was. Apartment was clean and nice.
  : Apartment was a little tight for 4 adults. Also there was no toilet paper, no carbage bags. There was dishwasher but no tablets for it. Also there was no good place to dry your clothes. If you do not want to pay 50 Euros then you also have to clean. There are fines for every small thing that you forgot to clean. For example you have to clean toilets, floors, mirrors, dust the apartment and so on.

  : On arrival, we took the lift (four people and hand luggage so not even suitcases) and the lift got stuck trapping us inside for 1.5 hours. This then also happened to other people during our stay and at no point was the lift put out of order. Imagine if somebody got stuck in there with a medical issue! The receptionist was not at all apologetic and seemed to suggest that we were too heavy or had taken too much luggage in it. The capacity of the lift was 600 kg! The bunk bed rooms are very small and the bunkbeds cover half of the wardrobe making it almost entirely unusable. The mattresses in both of our rooms were very thin and the beds were creaky.If youre looking for A very basic flat in an excellent location, for the money you pay, this is acceptable. Just dont use the lift or expect any frills whatsoever! Also be aware that there is no possibility to pay for cleaning at the end of your stay as was advertised when I booked. You will have to do the cleaning yourself which is always painful at the end of a holiday.
