  : Staff were very friendly and helpful, food was good in the hotel. Ski hire man was the best ever fella and more then helpful for all the family!
  : I booked the largest Apartment with the balcony, most expensive room as we travelled with our twin 1 year old babys and grandparents (babysitters). When we arrived, they admitted to us that they had made a mistake and the room we booked and paid for is taken... So we were placed into a downgraded room, half the size, barely room for the twin baby cots (broken but eventually replaced) and my 70+ year old parents had to sleep on the pull out couch. No room for the babys to move, but we dealt with it as we expected the difference paid back to us. We kept asking what was being done as the price difference was quite a bit. Nothing, today after going via booking.com they have quickly refunded us a small amount when we took it further, much less then half of the actual difference and tried to screw us (via booking.com) by telling them they have already refunded us etc etc. Very dishonest hotel management, and really upset the whole holiday and vibe we paid for and so looked forward to as a big family holiday. first negative but honest feedback i have left btw, i have all screenshots to prove the above conversation via booking.com too. When we arrived they admitted the mistake, but to have the dishonest and negative experience after is a real let down. Hotel is quite run down, but the staff were excellent.

  : Its just in La Plagne Center so, just 100mts from Gare RoutiereBreakfast is simply outstanding. You have eggs, ham, cheese, yogurts, juices, croissants, pain au chocolate, muffins, several breads.Thats the highlight of the hotel.Its also has a bar, a chill room to hang out, and outdoor area just next to a pisteAlso a ski rental and free storage for your own equipment.
  : 6-people room is quite uncomfortably and dirty. Room layout is a mess. I discourage to stay in that room (#12)Needs to be completely rearranged and updatedIt seems 4-people room is nicer.

  : Breakfast was only 3-4 types of bread and some meats and cheeses. The rooms didn't have TVs because "it didn't fit the vibe"...which was interesting.
  : The price could have been less expensive since this is a hostel rather than a hotel. The location is good but not worth the price for what you get at this hostel.
