: Superb location: amazing sea view from the living room/balcony both during the day and an night. Very romantic lights from oncoming and outgoing vessels from the port. Beach is just across the street, so it can't be an nearer for the 2nd line of buildings. Everything looks to be very new - appliances, furniture and other stuff. Interior design is impressive: paintings on the wall, bric-o-brac and other small things that dress up the place. Host company has thought through all different bits and pieces and provided everything we needed during our stay. Also very pleasant to have a free wi-fi. Free parking is ample in La Pineda. At least in covid-year it was not a problem to find a spot even over the week-end when locals are coming to have a beach day.
: As others mentioned, keys have to be collected in Vila-Seca. For us it wasn't a problem at all, since we had a car, but car-less tourists may find this as an unnecessary burden. Quite a small lift in the building: not a flat's fault, but worth mentioning. It was a bit difficult (but still possible!) to get into lift with a baby push chair. Not nearly enough power sockets in the flat. Living room had just one and not conveniently located. So if you want to plug in your laptop(s) and phone charger: better equip yourself with a power lead (I'd happily have taken it with me from home if I knew). Second bedroom had a non-functional window that opens up to some internal building chamber. Since it's close the lifts, it becomes very noisy when this window is opened, so consider this room window-less. Not a host's fault at all.

: Wonderful seaview from the terrace.
: It is the 5th, top floor which was unbearably hot to sleep in, sweating to death every day and night, also we had to buy extra supplies for bathroom and kitchen, wifi was functioning only three days out of 9, we had to contact the managing office constantly asking for help, airconditioner was not effective, too. The furniture was a bit run down with deffects, however, we had to pay a deposit in advance. We couldn't understand how nobody warned us about all the problems in the comments:( Also, you have to put the bed linen yourself and leave the apartment as you found it. Not the pleasant experience overall.
